We roast Monday through Thursday and ship Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 9:00 PT on a roast day generally ship that same afternoon; orders placed after 9:00 PT roll to the next roast day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
We ship to all 50 states, plus DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
We ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery is typically 6–14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees your country charges. We are not able to mark parcels as "gift" or under-declare their value.
You receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your package leaves our warehouse. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact hello@roastandrise.example.
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within seven days of the delivery date. We will file a carrier trace and, if it cannot be located within five business days, resend the order at no cost.
Packages damaged in transit: send us a photo of the damage within seven days and we will replace the affected items.
Coffee is a perishable food product, so we do not accept returns of opened bags. However:
You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date apply to that shipment.
Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, we cannot redirect it. Contact us as early as possible if you need to update an address on a pending order.
