What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember things like your login state, your cart contents, or how you got to us. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels — we use the term "cookies" in this policy to cover them all.

How we categorize cookies

We group cookies into three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to work. These cannot be turned off in our banner.
• Analytics — help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate. Optional.
• Marketing — used to measure marketing campaigns. Optional. We currently do not use any marketing cookies from third parties.

Our analytics choice

For site analytics we use Plausible, which is cookieless by default and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate page-view counts, referrers, and device types only. We chose it over Google Analytics because it did not require us to ask you for consent for analytics under GDPR.

How to control cookies

You can control cookies in three ways:

• Our banner: click "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your choices at any time.
• Your browser: most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a site tries to set one. See aboutcookies.org for instructions per browser.
• Do Not Track: we honor Do Not Track signals for all optional cookies.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will make parts of the site (login, cart, checkout) stop working.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we add or remove a service that uses cookies. Material changes will be reflected in the table above and in an updated "Last updated" date.
